Job summary

Checkpoint Systems seeks a Field Service Representative to travel within Fargo, ND and surrounding areas. You will install, repair, and train customers on Checkpoint products, perform on-site surveys, and maintain documentation while following OSHA safety guidelines.

A 2-year degree in electronics or equivalent experience is required. The role involves lifting, construction-site exposure, and potential overnight stays with a competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-year AA degree or BSET in electronics or equivalent training.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment and RFID is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Checkpoint products and systems.
• Train customers on system use and conduct on-site surveys.
• Travel to retailers in assigned region on a daily basis.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed per OSHA standards.
• Interface with customers and other departments to resolve issues.
