2020 Companies is seeking a reliable Field Service Representative to perform in-store installations, resets, and repairs for leading brands. You will travel up to 90 miles from home, work Monday–Friday with weekends optional, and manage time, communication, and client relationships to ensure top-quality execution.

The role emphasizes independent work, adherence to planograms, and the use of mobile apps to document progress and stay connected with field services management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old due to insurance.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to climb a ladder up to 10 feet and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Own Android or iPhone and use mobile apps for tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication via phone, text, and email.

Responsibilities

• Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
• Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client directives for each project.
• Complete forms, photos, surveys for each assignment before leaving site.
• Maintain displays per planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays are functional.
• Schedule and participate in installations, including team-based tasks.
