The role emphasizes travel across the US, on-site support, and on-call rotations with cross-department collaboration to meet customer needs and project requirements.

• 5 to 7 years customer support or field technical experience.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.
• Ability to travel throughout US (drive and fly).

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software solutions to solve customer access control scenarios.
• Travel 80% of the year across the US.
• Provide in-person training after system implementation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on proprietary products and software.
• Draft project estimates and collaborate with Sales on customer solutions.
• Overall project management.
