Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to be the on-site face of project management. You’ll ensure jobs stay on schedule, supervise subcontractors, and uphold quality across multiple sites while traveling between job locations.

We value leaders who can coordinate field operations, prioritize safety, and maintain open communication with Project Managers and customers to deliver results in challenging restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field construction experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience as Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction, restoration, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active job sites and prioritize safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site inspections and assist with job scoping.
• Serve as the on-site representative for Project Managers.
• Monitor job progress to ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on active job sites.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for production schedules, timelines, and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project completion.
• Communicate project updates, concerns, and progress with Project Managers.
• Perform regular job site visits across multiple projects.
• Complete punch list items and minor jobs when necessary.
• Ensure jobs remain clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and subcontractors while representing the company professionally.
