Job summary

SERVPRO NE seeks a Reconstruction Superintendent to act as the on-site operations lead supporting Project Managers from initial site visit through final completion.

You will coordinate start-ups, monitor field conditions, and ensure scope, schedule, and quality are met while maintaining professional communication with homeowners and subcontractors. A strong field presence and documentation discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial construction, restoration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs and priorities.
• Comfortable working directly with subcontractors and homeowners.
• Proficient with field documentation and project communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits as requested by Project Managers.
• Record progress and maintain field documentation and DocuSketch scans.
• Meet customers to obtain Work Authorizations and project docs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and start work with approved scope.
• Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with scope, schedule, and quality.
• Communicate updates, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
