84 Lumber Company is seeking a Field Ops Manager. This full-time, entry-level management track offers hands-on experience in store operations with the goal of advancing into a leadership role within 3–4 years, based on performance. Training lasts 2–3 months at your home location, followed by nationwide travel (95%+ of work time) to support stores.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Supporting product handling and retail sales operations.
• Freight handling, forklift operation and certification.
• Managing merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Creating material estimates from blueprints.
• Assisting with special projects to address staffing and operational needs.
