84 Lumber is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join a hands-on, entry-level management track. You will gain real store-operations experience with a clear path to leadership within 84 Lumber, supported by a structured learning plan and performance-based promotion opportunities.

After training, expect travel to various locations nationwide, with 95%+ of time on the road. Willingness to relocate for management positions is required and advancement to General Manager is achievable in 3–4 years

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent required.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supporting product handling and retail sales operations.
• Freight handling, forklift operation and certification.
• Managing merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Creating material estimates from blueprints.
• Assisting with special projects to address staffing and operational needs.
