84 Lumber Company is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join our nationwide team as a full-time, entry-level path to leadership. You will gain hands-on experience in store operations with a clear track to advance to higher management levels.

During training you will stay at your home location for 2–3 months, then travel to multiple 84 Lumber locations nationwide. Expect 95%+ travel, with assignments typically lasting 5–12 days; all travel is coordinated and paid by the Travel Department.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week)
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Supporting product handling and retail sales operations.
• Freight handling, forklift operation and certification.
• Managing merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Creating material estimates from blueprints.
• Assisting with special projects to address staffing and operational needs.
