Job summary

84 Lumber Company is hiring for a Field Operations Manager. This full-time, entry-level management track offers hands-on store operations experience with the goal of advancing to leadership within 84 Lumber.

You will complete a learning plan, travel to various locations nationwide (95%+ of time) after onboarding, and relocate as needed. Promotion depends on performance and available management positions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations through diverse projects and responsibilities.
• Handle freight, forklift operation and certification.
• Manage merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Create material estimates from blueprints.
• Assist with staffing and operational improvement projects.
