• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 5+ years working knowledge of PC applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service support activities with other supervisory personnel and departments.
• Lead onboarding and training logistics for new hires.
• Prepare work schedules and arrange lodging for field staff.
• Manage vendor accounts, AP tasks, and GL coding.
• Document assets and conduct periodic inventories in management systems.
