You will undergo a comprehensive learning plan, travel 95%+ of the time, and complete a timed study program to advance to a General Manager position within 3-4 years, contingent on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• Technical skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supporting product handling and retail sales operations.
• Freight handling, forklift operation and certification.
• Managing merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Creating material estimates from blueprints.
• Assisting with special projects to address staffing and operational needs.
