Job summary

Kurz Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking an On-Site Technician to support installation, removal, inspection, cleaning, and transport of rotating equipment at customer sites and repair facilities.

The role reports to the On-Site Services Supervisor and requires readiness for field assignments. You will perform disassembly, alignment, and installation of motors, pumps, generators, and other rotating equipment, travel to sites, and follow safety procedures to deliver dependable service and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years' technician experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools in industrial settings.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Removal, disassembly, reassembly and installation of motors, pumps, generators and other rotating equipment in the field.
• Support rigging, lifting, and positioning of equipment using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Clean and prepare components and job sites using appropriate methods (Dry ice cleaning, solvents, hand tools, etc.).
• Shaft laser alignment, installation, and removal of equipment.
• Safely transport tools, parts, and materials to and from job sites.
• Observe and follow all safety procedures, including PPE.
