Kurz Industrial Solutions is seeking a Traveling On-Site Technician / Millwright to support installation, removal, inspection, cleaning, and transportation of rotating equipment at customer sites and repair facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of technician experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel. Safety and teamwork are essential in this field service role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ technician experience preferred or related education.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on equipment knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Remove, disassemble, reassemble and install motors, pumps, generators and other rotating equipment.
• Assist rigging, lifting and positioning of equipment.
• Clean and prepare components and job sites using appropriate methods.
• Shaft alignment and installation/removal of equipment.
• Transport tools and materials to and from sites.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Document job details and report work completed.
• Communicate progress with team and supervisors.
