The Weitz Company is hiring a Field Engineer to join our Industrial team. You will assist in supervising field work and collaborate with subcontractors, with travel as needed. Initial assignment is in Council Hill, OK.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar construction role.
• Industry-related degree or coursework is a plus.
• Strong reading of construction documents and plans.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans and ensure proper execution.
• Support scheduling and cost reporting for the project.
• Assist Superintendent with equipment review, planning, and site logistics.
• Maintain tool, equipment, and material security on site.
• Communicate delays or issues promptly to the Superintendent.
