Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Missouri. You will install, modify, and repair computer hardware and manage cabling infrastructure, including Cat6 and fiber optic runs, with on-site support and travel as needed.

Responsibilities include wiring, testing, and maintaining networked systems, coordinating with customers, and ensuring safety and compliance. A company vehicle and ongoing certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience pulling and terminating Cat6 and fiber optic cabling.
• Low voltage electrical knowledge desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware onsite.
• Pull, route, terminate, and test cabling networks.
• Install and configure network equipment for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Maintain daily system performance and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Communicate repair steps, parts, and timelines to customers.
• Manage inventory and adhere to operating standards.
