Bon Appetit seeks a Traveling Support Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across a portfolio of accounts. The role reports to the Regional VP and travels extensively to support locations during transitions, openings, or growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates have Executive Chef experience, strong kitchen leadership, and a deep knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cost management. Excellent communication and coaching skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Experience as an Executive Chef or comparable leader.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
• Improve food quality, consistency, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
