Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment including excavator, dozer and articulated dump truck.
• Experience in outdoor, extreme weather environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work extended periods away from home.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and service equipment as needed.
• Assist with excavation and pipe laying in landfill projects.
• Operate excavator and support ground work ensuring proper trench depth and grade.
• Work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Fuse HDPE pipe and support site supervisors with material needs.
