Job summary

Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Operator to support landfill gas extraction projects in Louisville, KY. The role involves digging trenches, HDPE fusion, dirt hauling and site preparation, with travel and extended stays as needed.

You will operate excavator, dozer, and articulated dump trucks, perform daily equipment checks, and work in varying weather conditions. Overtime and per diem are available; benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience operating excavator, dozer, and articulated dump truck
• Ability to perform heavy manual work in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (4 weeks on, 1 week off)

Responsibilities

• Travel for extended periods of time - 4 weeks on, 1 week off
• Living in hotels & traveling between states 100% of the time
• Walk long distances on landfill terrain and perform heavy manual work
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Operate HDPE fusion and fuse pipes ranging from 2 to 36 inches
• Assist with materials and equipment needs at project sites
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
• Support ground supervision and ensure safe, on-site workflows
