Job summary

Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC is seeking an Operator to support landfill construction projects across multiple sites. The role involves heavy manual work, operating excavators, dozers, and articulated dump trucks, with extensive travel and overnight stays.

Overtime is common and benefits start from day one. Responsibilities include trenching, HDPE fusion, site clean-up, and coordinating with project supervisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience operating excavator, dozer and articulated dump truck.
• Experience in landfill construction or heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy, manual work and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Travel for extended periods (4 weeks on, 1 week off).
• Live in hotels and travel between states 100% of the time.
• Operate Excavator and associated ground disturbance tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Fuse HDPE pipe and support trenching and pipe installation.
