Landmarc Environmental Systems is seeking an experienced Construction Operator for Fort Worth, TX. The role involves operating excavators, dozers, and articulated dump trucks on landfill projects, performing HDPE fusion, trench work, and routine maintenance.

The position requires extended travel, remote lodging, and handling heavy physical work in challenging outdoor environments. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of operating heavy equipment, a strong safety record, and the ability to work in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, ADT) in landfill or construction settings.
• Ability to travel and work extended periods away from home.
• Experience with safety-sensitive, physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Travel for extended periods (4 weeks on, 1 week off).
• Live in hotels and travel between states.
• Walk long distances on uneven landfill terrain.
• Perform heavy manual work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in extreme weather and odorous sites.
• Clean and fuel vehicles/equipment; prepare sites.
