Job summary
Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a highly experienced operator for landfill construction projects. You will run excavators, dozers, and dump trucks, fuse HDPE, and assist with trenching and pipe installation. Travel is extensive, with four weeks on and one off, and overtime is common.
The role offers immediate benefits, per diem, and room for advancement. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in hot or cold conditions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience operating excavator, dozer and articulated dump truck.
- Industrial construction site experience, especially landfill environments.
- Ability to perform heavy manual work and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay in hotels.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Operate Excavator and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with trenching, HDPE pipe fusion and pipe installation.
- Travel 4 weeks on, 1 week off; work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Support site supervisors with materials, equipment, and on-site logistics.
