What you’ll do as an Equipment Foreman

1. Lead crews to meet project timelines
2. Safely operate and control assigned equipment
3. Assist the Supervisor with daily activities and provide updates
4. Oversee and assist in training crew members
5. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
6. Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
7. Operate heavy equipment and machinery, perform maintenance
8. Work in all weather conditions
9. Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid state driver’s license (non-provisional) with a good driving record
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain
• Pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card
• High School Diploma, GED, relevant experience, or a combination thereof preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, work at heights & confined spaces, operate vehicles and machinery, use hands for fine motor tasks, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift over 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
