Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety & Health or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of ESH experience.
• Experience with federal government projects preferred, along with EM385-1-1 certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EPA regulations.
• Accreditations preferred: CHST, ASP, CSP, ICRA.
• Previous CCIP experience preferred.
• Basic Spanish language communication preferred.
• Industrial hygiene knowledge and best practices.
• Skilled communicator-verbal and written presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong in problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to work with diverse teams and develop team members through coaching and delegation.

Aufgaben

• Champion safety culture by delivering predictable outcomes for teams, partners, and customers.
• Uphold integrity, safety, and quality of work across projects.
• Manage safety programs on all assigned projects, including CCIP and risk management initiatives.
• Provide regulatory review, interpretation, and technical guidance.
• Recommend improvements and conduct reviews of ESH tools, processes, and training.
• Review audit summaries and injury statistics to identify risks and propose safety programs.
• Share data with leadership to develop corporate safety trends.
• Monitor new legislation affecting safety policies and propose updates.
• Oversee workers' compensation issues on projects.
• Conduct incident review meetings with project teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee monthly audit program for compliance and effectiveness.
• Implement training to support Safety 360 and subcontractor OSHA/MSHA compliance.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings addressing safety needs.
• Ensure accurate accident reporting and preventive measures.
• Support injury management and cost control.
• Develop and oversee project-specific safety programs.
• Supervise safe behavior of craft workers and employees.
• Interface with leaders, site supervision, subcontractors, and agencies like OSHA/EPA/MSHA.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
