Clean Harbors in Benicia, CA is seeking a Traveling Field Services Technician I for field duties including hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and equipment decontamination. You will handle hazardous materials, operate PPE-intensive tasks, and participate in field sampling.

Qualificações

• Ability to perform physical functions per key responsibilities.
• On-call emergency response may require extended shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and drug test as required by position.
• Facial hair standards per OSHA Respiratory Protection standard.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use hand tools and power tools.
• Wear and use PPE as required for different environments and tasks.
• Work in various weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments.
• Assist in field sampling and calibration of meters.
• Climb ladders/scaffolding and access trucks, tanks, and containers.
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis as needed.
