Clean Harbors in Whistler / Mobile AL is seeking a Field Services Technician I to join our safety-conscious team. This role is field-based and focused on hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.

The position requires 100% travel, on-call availability for emergency response, and participation in our paid two-week Academy training (out of state, expenses covered). Health benefits follow after 30 days, with 401(k) matching.

Formación

• Must be able to perform physical tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Must be available for on-call emergency response and occasional weekends/holidays.
• Able to pass background check, drug test, and medical/physical exams.
• Must meet Respiratory Protection standards per OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain health and safety as a top priority and follow policies.
• Perform strenuous physical labor and operate various equipment and tools.
• Wear PPE and comply with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Work in diverse conditions and locations, including confined spaces and elevated areas.
• Assist in field sampling, calibrate meters, and support site remediation efforts.
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
