Job summary

ExcelHealth Group is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to help seniors and vulnerable communities navigate the Senior Comprehensive Insurance Program. This field-based role requires compassionate communication, reliability, and the ability to educate participants and facility staff on enrollment options.

Travel statewide to nursing homes is expected, with remote enrollment calls when not in the field.

Qualifications

Active health insurance producer license in Tennessee.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Willingness to travel statewide, including overnight stays.
Reliable transportation and ability to work independently in the field.
Comfortable working from a quiet home office for enrollment calls.

Responsibilities

Travel to nursing home facilities statewide to conduct enrollment support and in-service activities.
Educate participants, families, and facility staff on enrollment steps in a clear, respectful manner.
Conduct enrollment calls from a quiet remote workspace when not in the field.
Represent ExcelHealth Group professionally while maintaining facility relationships.
Use empathy and patience to support participants through decisions.
