Our partner is a leading healthcare organization focused on helping seniors maintain their independence and continue living safely in their homes. They are currently seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join their team in San Bernardino, CA!

This is a B2C, participant-facing role where you'll work directly with seniors and their families throughout the enrollment process. You'll serve as the primary point of contact from qualified referral through enrollment, helping prospective participants navigate eligibility, documentation, Medicare/Medicaid, home visits, and next steps.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-4+ years of experience in home health, hospice, skilled nursing, acute rehab, MedTech, medical insurance, senior living/services, or county social services such as APS/CPS
• Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid
• Comfortable meeting with seniors and families in their homes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation and multiple participants throughout the enrollment process
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to build trust, overcome hesitation, and confidently move the enrollment process forward
