Job summary

SOLV Energy, based in Raleigh, is looking for an experienced Operations Electrical Superintendent to supervise electrical projects and ensure successful completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical construction, particularly in utility scale solar projects.

Qualifications

• Prefer 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience with 10 years at a supervisory level.
• Prefer 5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning.
• Valid current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects ensuring completion.
• Develop relationships with Owners and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce standards.
• Manage electrical scope liaison with Owners.

Skills

Operations management experience

Electrical construction experience

Understanding of OSHA and NEC standards

Knowledge of PV solar systems

Proficient in underground electrical installations
