Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Electrical Superintendent responsible for supervising electrical projects to ensure successful completion. This role involves working in-office or on-site with significant travel and some remote work options.

Qualifications

• 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience with at least 10 years at a supervisory level.
• 5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction preferred.
• Valid current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects to ensure successful project completion.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a high standard of electrical safety.
• Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.

Skills

Operations management experience

Extensive electrical construction experience

Utility scale solar construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC

Job scheduling and planning
