Job summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical construction, especially in utility scale solar, and demonstrate leadership skills in managing diverse project teams. Strong knowledge of OSHA and NEC standards is essential. The position requires significant travel and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 15 years of electrical construction experience preferred, with 10 years in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of utility scale solar construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects for successful completion.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct training programs.
• Develop relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
