Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years’ Construction Superintendent experience preferred but not required.
• Comprehensive understanding of plans, specs, and building codes.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule short interval project plans to meet milestones.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to achieve milestones.
• On-site supervision of construction activities and workforce.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on project sites.
• Generate progress reports and document project activities.
