Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
- 10+ years’ Construction Superintendent experience preferred but not required.
- Comprehensive understanding of plans, specs, and building codes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule short interval project plans to meet milestones.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to achieve milestones.
- On-site supervision of construction activities and workforce.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on project sites.
- Generate progress reports and document project activities.
