Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent with experience to lead electrical projects across multiple sites. You will oversee field crews, coordinate pre-planning and scope of work to install high-quality systems in line with contract documents and goals.

The ideal candidate will emphasize urgency, teamwork and safety, deliver accurate reporting, and adapt to changing site conditions. Travel will be required; benefits include per diem, 401k, health, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing electrical construction crews.
• Manage project field crews and ensure safety on jobsite.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects.
• Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software.
• Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage crews
• Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
• Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, specifications and scheduling needs
• Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule
