Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing electrical construction crews.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Familiarity with computers and learning new software is advantageous.
• Experience documenting projects and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project schedules are completed within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Manage electrical field crews and oversee site safety.
• Instruct and enforce the safety program with zero tolerance for incidents.
• Gain a thorough understanding of project requirements, specs, and scheduling needs.
• Submit daily/weekly reports and lead a four-week look-ahead schedule.
