Job summary

Treasureidaho seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead multiple large-scale electrical projects across commercial, industrial, federal, and mission-critical environments. This senior role requires strategic direction, technical oversight, and strong team leadership on complex installations.

The ideal candidate brings extensive control systems, automation, SCADA, commissioning experience, and strong NEC/NFPA/OSHA knowledge. This full-time traveling position favors candidates with TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State-specific).
• 12-15+ years of electrical field experience with 7+ years in supervisory roles.
• Extensive experience leading large or multi-site projects in commercial/industrial/federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA requirements and electrical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership over multiple simultaneous electrical projects, including large-scale builds and federal installations.
• Mentor and develop Superintendent 1 & 2 personnel, Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve design challenges using field-engineering solutions.
• Lead QA/QC initiatives and ensure adherence to safety culture and standards.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of advanced electrical infrastructure and control systems.
