Job summary

Matrix Project Services seeks a Field Safety Supervisor to lead on-site safety across electrical construction and service projects. You will conduct inspections, mentor crews on hazard awareness, and enforce OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.

Responsibilities include developing site safety plans, performing audits, investigating incidents, and maintaining records. Occasional travel and strong communication with project teams are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years safety experience in construction or electrical environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site visits to monitor safety performance and compliance.
• Coach and mentor field personnel on safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Review Job Safety Analyses (JSA) with foremen and crews.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Perform safety audits, inspections, and document findings.
