Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks an electrical foreman to lead on-site teams, manage scope, and drive quality and safety on multimillion-dollar projects. You will utilize iPads and smartphones to coordinate work and ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of field supervision experience, holds a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and demonstrates solid knowledge of the NEC and safety standards. Strong computer and writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical leadership skills and experience supervising field crews.
• At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades, including managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Leverage company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
