Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on critical projects and drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes technology use, including iPads, and onsite training at our Florida headquarters.

You will supervise crews, manage multimillion-dollar scopes, ensure NEC compliance, and mentor staff while advancing through a clear career path within Power Design’s dynamic teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• 5+ years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and other trades, managing material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure on-time completion and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
