Amteck is seeking a highly skilled traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to supervise a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety and project delivery. The role involves coordinating service assignments, providing technical guidance, and maintaining quality across multiple sites.

This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication with clients and project managers.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, equipment records, and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians through coaching and development.
• Stay current with industry codes and regulations to keep the team knowledgeable.
