Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead electrician teams on diverse projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, rigorous safety discipline, and the ability to coordinate field assignments across multiple sites.

You will mentor technicians, report progress to project managers, and liaise with clients to ensure quality and on-time delivery while staying current with electrical codes and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work with diverse stakeholders including clients and project managers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electricians in the field, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments including installations and repairs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Inspect worksites for OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients for successful delivery.
• Maintain documentation of service activities and inspections.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
