Job summary

Amteck is seeking highly skilled traveling Electrical Field Supervisors to join our team and drive excellence in project delivery. You will supervise electricians, coordinate field service, mentor staff, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance across sites.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet schedules and quality standards, while maintaining thorough documentation of work orders and inspections. Willingness to travel and lead diverse teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with focus on quality results.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Train and mentor field technicians to address skill gaps through coaching.
