Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical construction or equivalent
• Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management
• Proven ability to manage 60+ employees and large projects
• PMP preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects with 25+ million in annual revenue.
• Oversee multi-state teams traveling 50–100% of time.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability across projects.
• Mentor Senior Project Managers and other staff.
• Coordinate with Estimating to review costs and turnover.
