EC Electric seeks a Traveling Project Director to lead a major business unit, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability across multiple projects with 60–80% travel. You will mentor Senior Project Managers and drive client development while coordinating with Estimating to secure work.

The role requires a Master’s in Construction Engineering and Management and 15+ years in electrical construction, PMP preferred, OSHA 30 desired, and a strong track record in delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical construction or related field.
• Proven leadership of large teams and project portfolios.
• PMP is preferred; OSHA 30 certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-project portfolio with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.
• Develop client relationships and secure future project opportunities.
• Oversee project teams, schedules, and financial targets across states.
