Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor to hire an experienced Drywall General Superintendent. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects and come from a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division, with data center or other large-scale project exposure.

MUST BE LOCATED EAST OF TEXAS and willing to travel; per diem included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience with drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division.
• Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent.
• Experience on data center projects or other large-scale facilities.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time.
• Participate in all preconstruction meetings with project team.
• Provide jobsite progress updates as necessary.
• Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met.
• Manage Foremen team and all field employees.
• Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards.

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall General Superintendent!

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large-scale projects).

MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS OR EAST AND WILLING TO TRAVEL** - Per Diem included!!

Key Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time
• Participate in all preconstruction meetings with project team
• Provide jobsite project progress as necessary
• Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met
• Manage Foremen team & all field employees
• Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience with drywall subcontractor OR self-perform drywall division
• Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Experience on data center projects, battery plants, EV manufacturing facilities, etc. (highly preferred)
• Experience on large-scale projects (required)
• Must be located East of Texas

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $155-180k (broad range based on experience)
• Per diem, car allowance, etc.
