RealREPP is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor to hire an experienced Drywall General Superintendent. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in drywall project management from a subcontractor or self-perform division and have leadership experience on large-scale projects, including data centers.

• Experience as Senior or General Superintendent.
• Experience on data center projects or large‑scale facilities.
• Must be located in Texas or the East and willing to travel.

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall General Superintendent!

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or a self‑perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large‑scale projects).

MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS OR THE EAST AND WILLING TO TRAVEL - Per Diem included.

Key Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time
• Participate in all preconstruction meetings with the project team
• Provide jobsite project progress as necessary
• Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met
• Manage Foremen team and all field employees
• Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience with a drywall subcontractor or self‑perform drywall division
• Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Experience on data center projects, battery plants, EV manufacturing facilities, etc. (highly preferred)
• Experience on large‑scale projects (required)
• Must be located in Texas or the East and willing to travel

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $155k–$180k (broad range based on experience)
• Per diem, car allowance, etc.
