Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor to hire an experienced Drywall General Superintendent. The ideal candidate will come from drywall subcontracting or a self-performing drywall division with data center project experience.

Must be located in Texas or the East and willing to travel; per diem and benefits are included. Salary range $155k–$180k plus per diem and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience with a drywall subcontractor or self‑perform drywall division.
• Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent.
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Experience on data center projects, battery plants, EV manufacturing facilities, etc. (highly preferred)
• Experience on large‑scale projects (required)
• Must be located in Texas or the East and willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time
• Participate in all preconstruction meetings with the project team
• Provide jobsite project progress as necessary
• Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met
• Manage Foremen team and all field employees
• Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall General Superintendent!

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or a self‑perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large‑scale projects).

MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS OR THE EAST AND WILLING TO TRAVEL - Per Diem included.
