Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor to hire an experienced Drywall General Superintendent. The role requires leadership of multiple sites, travel, and deep drywall project knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of drywall PM experience, has led large-scale projects, and is located in Texas or the East with willingness to travel. Per diem and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience with a drywall subcontractor or self-performing drywall division.
• Experience as Senior or General Superintendent.
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Experience on data center projects, battery plants, EV manufacturing facilities, etc.
• Experience on large-scale projects.
• Must be located in Texas or the East and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time
• Participate in all preconstruction meetings with the project team
• Provide jobsite project progress as necessary
• Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met
• Manage Foremen team and all field employees
• Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards
