Job summary

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor to hire an experienced Drywall General Superintendent in Texas or the East, willing to travel. The role oversees multiple jobsites in large-scale projects, such as data centers or manufacturing facilities, with per diem and travel benefits.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in drywall project management, prior superintendent experience, and a track record on large projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience with a drywall subcontractor or self‑perform drywall division.
• Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent.
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Experience on data center projects, battery plants, EV manufacturing facilities, etc. (highly preferred)
• Experience on large‑scale projects (required)
• Must be located in Texas or the East and willing to travel

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall General Superintendent!

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or a self‑perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large‑scale projects).

MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS OR THE EAST AND WILLING TO TRAVEL - Per Diem included.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $155k–$180k (broad range based on experience)
• Per diem, car allowance, etc.
