Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC seeks a skilled Drilling Operator to operate drill rigs, maintain daily reports, and keep equipment in safe working condition. The role requires 3+ years in drilling and a CDL Class A with State Driller License preferred; travel 80-90% with home nights, largely in Northern California, Northern Nevada, Central Valley and the Bay Area.

Expect to lead a crew, ensure safety, complete logs, and comply with DOT and IRCA work requirements.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred.
• 3+ years in drilling with at least 1 year operating multiple rigs (sonic, rotary, auger).
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Background check and IRCA work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports and logs.
• Ensure equipment is safe and perform routine maintenance.
• Lead a drilling crew, train employees, and maintain safety.
• Maintain knowledge of MSDS, CEU’s and JSA’s.
• Approve employee timesheets and complete related documents.
• Travel up to 80–90% with occasional weekends; uphold DOT and health-safety standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned.
