Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking a skilled driller to operate drill rigs and related equipment with high proficiency. The role requires 3+ years in drilling, including experience with sonic, rotary, and auger rigs, plus a valid CDL Class A and state driller license.

The position involves significant travel across the Midwest and Northeast, with schedules often 10 days on / 4 days off and potential overtime.

Qualifications

CDL Class A and State Driller License are preferred.
3+ years’ experience in the drilling industry, with at least 1 year operating a variety of rigs (sonic, rotary, auger).
Possessing a valid Driver’s License for the state of residence and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Interstate DOT Medical Card and meeting FMCSA requirements are required.

Responsibilities

Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.
Maintain daily drilling reports.
Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and conduct routine and preventative maintenance as needed.
Lead a drilling crew by training and mentoring employees and maintaining a safe environment.
Complete well logs, logbook, repair orders, tailgates, and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
