Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking skilled drill operators for projects based in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. The role involves operating drill rigs, maintaining records, and leading a crew while maintaining strict safety standards.

Expect travel 50-60% with overnight stays, per diem, and opportunities for overtime and merit-based raises. CDL Class A and a state driller license are preferred, along with a clean background and drug test results.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in the drilling industry, with at least one year operating various rigs.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and perform maintenance as needed.
• Lead a drilling crew through training and mentoring while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Complete well logs, logs, and inspection reports.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
